About Almogamma

What is "Almogamma"?

It means exactly “the collector” who collects and bundles the energies in order to effectively accomplish something. That was the name, now the content: We are of the opinion that people with a migration background are neither recognized as Germans nor as native citizens in their first generation home countries. This lost identity means that it can potentially have a very negative impact on both sides. Namely, “fanaticism”, which is based on establishing one’s own identity and dignity in other ways, without any given framework.

Almogamma therefore feels obliged to develop its own identity in such a way that the democratic framework and fundamental principles of Germany are fully adhered to. International understanding does not mean speaking to each other monotonously in one language. We come from different backgrounds and this means we all think differently. And that is precisely the serious mistake that many make, namely so-called “one way communications”.

In order to correctly classify our goals and achieve them better, we must find a common denominator and build on it, both with German authorities and with migrants. And with both of them the language should be different until we all slowly reach the common goal together and finally speak the same language in terms of content. We are therefore trying intensively to reset the course, to redefine many things or to return them to their true, effective roots.
